In general, weapons can be found scattered around the environment, can be received by the Quartermaster common ones for free once a day, rarer ones in exchange for dockets or can be purchased from shops. If that fails to work, make a new game file, exit the game then replace that newly made file with my modded one, rename the replaced modded file if needed.
